Cave Kououm Vinegar

The vinegar of Cave Kououm is extracted from the natural oxidation of ethanol in red wine in what is known as acid fermentation.

It is mellowed gently to allow natural fermentation for a period of six weeks.

It has a delicious flavor and is used in Salad dressing, Pickling and Condiments.

It is total acidity is 5 meq/l.
