Description:
Deep
Garnet Colored Wine with developed and complex aroma dominated by
mature fruits. An intense bouquet revealing spices fruits and faded
flowers. In the mouth the wine is dry, lively generous and supple
with tannins but firm with broad range of flavors and harmonious liquorices
that leave a long persistent finish
Vinification:
The
grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great attention
is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes; fermentation
is done with a lot of remontage and a very long maceration in addition
to malolactic fermentation. It is aged at least two years before commercialization.

to accompany all sorts of red meats, game hunting and excellent quality
of delicate cheese. Decanting before serving is suggested
