Description:
A
berry balanced violet wine of intense bouquet developed from red
mature fruits. In the palate it is a full bodied soft, dry and concentrated
complex wine with long finish and a great good level of tannins
that allow long conservation in the bottle.
Vinification:
The
grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great
attention is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes;
the fermentation process is traditional with long maceration and
malolactic fermentation.
