Petit Noir
Extracted from the best vintage of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache and Petit Verdot
Description:
Lovely bright garnet color with violet reflection. It has a complex nose with notes of fruits. The tannins are still young but well rounded, fresh medium bodied with smooth texture giving a good balance in the mouth with flavors of dark fruits.
Vinification:  
The grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great attention is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes; the fermentation process is traditional with malolactic fermentation.
Assorted food:   Ideal to accompanyall occasion and aperitifs.
