is rich and pleasant with a good potential. A full bodied, off dry,
lively with great concentration of mature tannin that makes the
wine round and soft with smooth texture. |

grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great
attention is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes;
the fermentation process is traditional with a long maceration period.
