A clear luminous deep violet wine with developed aromas of ripe grapes and oaks. In the mouth, it is a lively well bodied wine with prolonged finish and lingering aftertaste of complex spicy flavors. This wine has a distinct personality with a remarkable ability to display the virtues of the Lebanese terroir. |

| Vinification: |

The grapes are hand picked at the appropriate time and great attention is paid to the selection and transportation of the grapes; fermentation is done with a lot of remontage and a very long maceration in addition to malolactic fermentation. It is left for one year in stainless steel Vats before aged in New French Oak Barrels for a period of six month. |
